Are birth times needed for a reading?
An accurate birth time and location are necessary for the most accurate reading. If you are seeking a synastry or composite reading, an accurate birth time and location are needed for the other person as well.
When will I receive my reading?
Full chart readings (including natal, synastry, and composite) take 5-7 business days to complete. Mini readings (such as the big 3 reading and love reading) will take 2-3 business days to receive. The “Ask a Question” reading can have a same day turn around if ordered by 3PM EST or within 1 business if after 3PM EST.
How will I receive my reading?
All readings are written and delivered by email. For the “Ask a Question” reading, it can be delivered via direct messages on Instagram or Twitter/X if you reached out through there.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the service being provided, refunds are not offered. I am more than happy to work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your reading and to rectify any dissatisfaction with your reading.
